Standard Rotary

Replacing collet chuck

• （1）Remove the SENTAN TOOL
• （2）Loosen the collet chuck
• （3）Pull out the collet chuck
• （4）Insert the collet chuck and tighten

＊When tightening or loosening the collet chuck, make sure to insert test bar or Sentan Tool with appropriate shank diameter into collet chuck. The collet chuck may be damaged.

Replacing collet chuck (when idling)

• （1）Collet chuck is idling
• （2）Remove head from motor
• （3）Fix cross-cut part of head
• （4）Loosen collet chuck and pull it out

＊When tightening or loosening the collet chuck, make sure to insert test bar or Sentan Tool with appropriate shank diameter into collet chuck. The collet chuck may be damaged.

RUBRON

Amplitude adjustment

• （1）Remove head cover
• （2）Loosen set screw of main shaft
• （3）Adjust index on knurled knob to scale of the main shaft

Anglon

Replacing collet chuck

• （1）Remove Sentan Tool, loosen collet chuck, insert collet chuck to be pulled out and tighten it.

Recipron

Amplitude adjustment

• （1）Loosen screw fixing cover
• （2）Remove cover while pulling it toward you
• （3）Loosen eccentric shaft set screw
• （4）Adjust eccentric color scale

Lock mechanism

• （1）Loosen lock knob
• （2）Turn spindle to desired position and tighten lock knob.

Mini belt sander

Replacing belt / belt arm

• （1）Remove belt and pull out the belt arm straight. Insert the belt arm as far as it goes and hook belt on each pulley.

Replacing pulley on the tip

• （1）Remove screw
• （2）Pull out pulley shaft
• （3）Pull out rubber bearing
• （4）Insert rubber bearing into arm and tighten

POLYTOR

Replacing SENTAN TOOL

• （1）Loosen holder fixing Sentan Tool and replace file part.
